Plasma TV Repair

Before calling your Plasma TV Repair Service Center for assistance, check the matters below.

 

Make sure you have connected Plasma TV to your equipment  .Check cable connection. Verify that all external equipment and power cords are properly connected. Many times improper connections will cause a Plasma TV Repair bill. (UNPLUG AC POWER CORD FIRST) Please check power cord and cables for connections and for
any worn areas. This will save you from a TV Repair bill.
REMEMBER UNPLUG AC POWER CORD FIRST

 

Plug AC power cord in and verify that all power is switched on for all external equipments and Plasma TV.

 

If Plasma TV Repair problem still does not produce an image, re-start the external equipment. If the image still does not appear, unplug Plasma TV from the external equipment ( cable box etc.) and check the external equipment. The problem may be with your graphics controller rather than with Plasma TV. (When you reconnect Plasma TV, remember to turn the external equipment and TV off before you power up Plasma TV. Power the equipment back on in order of Plasma TV and external equipment.)

Set "SAP" setting to "Stereo" or "Mono"

Set the audio setting of the HDMI device to "Linear PCM"
If digital sound connection has a problem, select analog sound connection.

Pictures from external equipment are distorted when the unit is connected via HDMI or the channel is changed on an STB that is connected with "HDMI" may be displayed on the top left of the screen
